The Role of Head of School at Sutterton Fourfields Church of England Primary School

Are you an ambitious leader, seeking Headship within 2 to 3 years? Our curriculum uses the mantra of, ‘Small Village, Big Horizons’, to promote cultural capital, British Values, high expectations and a love of reading. It celebrates our local context and the wider world, both nationally and globally. There is a clear focus on extending the experience of the children so that they develop a broad range of knowledge and skills that will give the cultural capital they need to succeed and leave the school knowing more and being able to do more. We encourage our pupils to be ambitious and resilient.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic, and skilled Head of School. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and daily operations of the school, working closely with the Executive Headteacher to foster a creative, positive, successful, and ambitious school.

The position of Head of School comes with the responsibility of SENDCo, and we will ensure that any training requirements are fully planned and supported.We look forward to hearing from you.

6 hours per week, 41 weeks per year. Term time plus inset days and an additional 2 weeks during school closures
